Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the check in time forfeit the full amount of the booking. GROUP bookings are to be fully guaranteed at the time of making the booking. Full payment is required for cancellations of group bookings. Once you check-in to our Hotel you no longer have a reservation - you now have a contract booking - we do not accept early check-out or changes to bookings, refunds are not available.
PLEASE NOTE : No reservation will be secured or guaranteed, unless a valid credit card number, cardholder's name and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made. If paying by credit card please be informed that full payment is required 48 hours prior to arrival. A signed credit card is required on check-in, or a $300.00 security deposit for restaurant/phone/mini-bar deposit.
